- At least 2 years of working experience (a Japanese company is preferred)

Key Responsibility1. Contact, negotiate, and coordinate with scrap suppliers and customers to purchase scrap material and sell company products.
2. Quote the price, issue a quotation, do fix the price to the scrap supplier.
3. Sampling and sending scrap samples for analysis.
4. Coordinate with Sales Support and Sales Logistics to manage logistics-related issues for customers.
5. Provide instructions to both the factory and warehouse on how to process each type of scrap material.
6. Liaise with colleagues and inform higher management of any issues or concerns.
7. Write the customer reports to assist the Sales Manager for the quarterly meeting.
8. Ensure each customer's budget meets yearly goals and adjusts as needed.
9. Please perform any task assigned to you by your supervisor or manager.
10. Key data by GLMS system.
11. Market research for new customers.
