Job Description :
- Manage the HR department, overseeing a team of 6-8 staff members.
- Handle consultations related to HR matters with external parties, especially during business establishment, including discussions on hiring, termination, and policy creation or modification.
- Gather information and proposals regarding HR-related internal regulations, such as employment contracts and company policies.
- Supervise staff responsible for handling Work Permit (WP) and visa applications for Japanese employees, along with documentation related to 90-day reports.
- Oversee payroll calculations and related procedures.
- Prior experience in the specific tasks performed by subordinates is not required for this managerial role.
Qualification :
- Female, Age : 30-45 years old
- Experience in Senior HR or HR Manager in Manufacturers At least 3-5 years exp in HR
- Knowledge of Labor Protection Law and Welfare Regulation
- Management skills
- Good command in Japanese (N2-N1)
- Better in English
