**Urgent Hiring: Service Desk Operation (Japanese Speaking)**
We are seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Service Desk Operator. This position involves a 1-year contract and requires proficiency in both Japanese and English.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide support to global customers regarding incidents, inquiries, and requests.
- Coordinate with global support teams to meet customer requirements.
- Manage communication and escalation of issues and projects.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, including case management and document translation.
**Shift Details:**
- Shifts include: 07:00-16:00, 11:00-20:00, 19:30-07:30 (including weekends and holidays).
- Shift allowance after probation: 50 THB/day for day shifts, 150 THB/day for night shifts.
**Requirements:**
- Age 25-35, male or female.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in service desk or IT fields is beneficial.
- For Japanese candidates: Minimum 3 years of experience in any field.
- For Thai candidates: JLPT N2 or above.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of Excel macros, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI preferred.
- ITIL v2+ certification is an advantage, not mandatory.
