-Respond to incoming calls, reply e-mail and Line official from the Japanese customers.
-Sales support. include issuing document.
-To support about mobile application and smartphone set up.
-Coordinate with suppliers.
-To record data related with customer, sales and expense
-Other tasks as assigned.
-salary negotiable + Bonus 2 times/ years
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (8 days holiday in a month + New years holiday)

-Male or Female.
-Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
-Able to speak Japanese (Must have JLPT N3)
-Able to communicate in english.

-Good command in MS Office.
-Ability to work under pressure.

-Interest in helping and working with customers.
-Service mind.
