Job Description· Learn and be the main coordinator for the new PLM systems. Including system rollout, update, and troubleshooting.
· Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
· Manage and coordinate with the existing outsourcing team. Report results to supervisor.
· Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet needs and requirements.
· Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Drive/Coordinate related parties to ensure project delivery to meet requirements, objectives, and timeline
Qualification·
1-2 years experience in a related field.· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/Information Technology, Business, Japanese or related field
· Strong in MS Office, and Outlook, and interested in new technologies.
· Comfortable in a team environment, with strong group dynamics awareness and collaboration skills. Able to work with a diversity of people.
· Able to work under pressure, with fast learning skills.
· Well-developed self-planning and organization skills.
Good command of spoken and written English (TOEIC 600 up) /
