Plan to relocate to MRT, Si La Salle station (October 2024)Job Description : We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator with strong Japanese language skills to join our dynamic Trading team. This role will provide critical support in various administrative tasks including visa application assistance, HR functions, and general office operations specific to the Trading business.
- Assist in gathering and preparing necessary documents for General Assignment (GA) visa applications for foreign employees.
- Track visa application status and ensure timely renewals.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including completing paperwork and ensuring proper access to company resources.
- Provide administrative support for employee relations, such as leave management and basic benefits administration.
- Maintain accurate employee records and databases.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth operations.
- Schedule meetings and travel arrangements for Japanese.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirement : - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative and HR role.
- Proficient in written and spoken Japanese (JLPTN3) Email, speaking
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
