CALL CENTER AGENT – JAPANESE SPEAKING (JLPT N 3 HIGHER) - BANKING
BANGKOK – RAMA III
Salary: B/. 30,000 – 40,000/MONTH
Responsibilities:
• Answering and handling customers’ calls (Japanese customers).
• Receiving and handling customers’ complaints and referring complicated cases to Customer Service Supervisors.
• Maintaining account and card statuses at customers’ request.
• Introducing bank products and providing information to customers.
Qualifications:
• Thai nationality, male or female, aged 25-35 years.
• Bachelor's Degree in Japanese or a related field.
• Japanese (JLPT level 3 or higher) communication skills.
• 0-2 years’ experience in finance and banking or customer services is highly desirable.
• Able to work independently and a good team player.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to handle challenging and difficult situations.
Our client offers a benefits package including basic salary, annual bonus, medical allowance, life insurance and provident fund. Working hours Mon – Fri, 8.30 – 5.30 pm.
